These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, giveaways, and interactions with CollectorsLab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from us or participating in our promotions, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Business Information
CollectorsLab is a UK-registered limited company operating under the name CollectorsLab.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from CollectorsLab or participate in any giveaway or promotion.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
We sell trading card products including, but not limited to:
- Sealed booster packs and boxes
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Accessories
- Mystery products
- Products opened on stream or sold as pulls
Products may be factory sealed, opened live, or sold individually as described at the time of sale.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£).
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders resulting from pricing or listing errors.
- Payment must be fully received before an order is processed.
- All sales are final.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or through third-party platforms such as live-selling marketplaces. Orders placed via third-party platforms may also be subject to their terms.
5. Pre-Orders, Backorders & Mystery Products
- Release dates for pre-orders are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, couriers, or customs are outside our control.
- Mystery products and sealed items contain random contents.
- No guarantees are made regarding value, rarity, or pulls.
- Pre-orders, backorders, and mystery products are non-refundable.
6. Shipping
Shipping Regions
We ship within the UK and internationally, subject to availability and shipping feasibility. Certain countries may be restricted
Customs & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
Refusal to pay customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Risk & Delivery
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or seizures caused by postal services or customs authorities.
Tracking will be provided where available.
We may assist customers with courier claims but do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or delayed parcels.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
- This includes sealed products, opened products, singles, graded cards, and accessories.
- We do not offer refunds for:
-Manufacturing defects
-Print lines, centering, surface marks
-Grading outcomes
-“Bad pulls” or dissatisfaction with randomness
8. Authenticity
- We source products primarily from official distributors, but may also source from the secondary market.
- We take reasonable steps to ensure authenticity but cannot guarantee against undiscovered third-party -counterfeits.
- We are not liable for counterfeit items unless authenticity is conclusively disproven by a recognised authority.
- In the rare event an item is proven counterfeit, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
9. No Investment or Gambling Guarantee
- Products are sold for entertainment and collection purposes only.
- No guarantee is made regarding card value, rarity, or future resale price.
- Pull rates and odds are determined by manufacturers, not CollectorsLab.
10. Giveaways & Promotions
- Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18+ only.
- Eligibility may be restricted by country based on shipping feasibility.
- Entry requirements may include following social accounts, liking, sharing, or other actions.
- Identity verification may be required for prize delivery.
- Winners must respond within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited.We reserve the right to void entries that - appear fraudulent, duplicated, or abusive.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
- For international winners outside the UK, shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
Social Platform Disclaimer
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other social platform, and entrants release those platforms from all liability.
11. Third-Party Platforms & Live Sales
- Sales conducted via third-party platforms (including live breaks) are governed by both their terms and ours.
- We are not responsible for platform outages, account issues, or payment processing failures.
- All live-sale purchases are final.
12. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
- Wholesale or bulk purchases are subject to approval.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel bulk orders.
- Wholesale orders are strictly non-refundable.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of promotions.
14. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including supply chain disruption, courier issues, customs delays, strikes, or platform outages.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
